YOUTH SOCCER CLASSES

Big Dreams Start with Small Kicks
Our kids’ soccer classes are designed to spark joy, develop motor skills, and build confidence — all while learning the fundamentals of the game. Led by experienced coaches in a supportive environment, each session balances fun and focus, teamwork and technique, so every child can grow at their own pace and fall in love with soccer.
Got Questions? We’ve Got the Kicks.
From how to book to what to bring — here’s the play-by-play.
Summary: We offer a free trial class for first-time families to see whether the program is the right fit for their child. You'll receive a confirmation and a reminder email, and can cancel or reschedule directly through email.
Yes! We want to make sure Lil' Kickers is the right fit for your child before you commit to anything. That's why we offer a free trial class for first-time families. Just pick the age-appropriate session that suits your little one, choose a date and time that works for you, and you're all set. After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email and a reminder 24 hours before the class. If something comes up, you can cancel or reschedule directly through that confirmation. We ask families to arrive 10 minutes early, and heads up: outdoor cleats aren't allowed on our indoor fields. The trial gives you and your child a real feel for the environment, the coaches, and the group dynamic - no financial risk, no pressure. If the season has already started by the time you join, we prorate the pricing so you only pay for the remaining weeks. And since registration is always open, it's easy to get started whenever the timing is right for your family.
Summary: Parent testimonials consistently highlight coach patience and positive engagement with young children. Our coaches are trained to create a fun, safe environment for toddlers and preschoolers.
Our youth programming is built to be fun, positive, and safe - and the families we work with will tell you exactly that. One parent at our Meadowlands location said "the coaches have all the patience in the world," and a parent at Alameda put it simply: "the coaches are great with the kids." That matters a lot when you're working with toddlers and preschoolers, who need adults who can roll with short attention spans, big feelings, and all kinds of energy levels. For our youngest age groups, parents step onto the field too, so our coaches work hand-in-hand with caregivers rather than expecting little ones to follow instructions on their own. A parent at our Rancho Cucamonga center shared that "the program is great and we have continued to see our daughter's skills develop" - and that kind of sustained growth is exactly what we're here for. Patience, positive reinforcement, and a genuine understanding of early childhood development: that's the Lil' Kickers coaching approach.
Summary: Our youth programs cover players from 18 months through age 12, across three distinct programs: Lil' Kickers, Skills Institute, and Skills Institute + Game Experience. Each program is designed to meet young players at their stage of development.
We've built a full youth pathway so your child can grow with us from their very first kick all the way through age 12. Here's how it breaks down:
- Lil' Kickers (18 months – 6 years): Play-based classes rooted in child development theory, designed to introduce young players to soccer while building social, emotional, and cognitive skills. No prior experience needed - just curiosity and a good pair of sneakers.
- Skills Institute (5 – 12 years): Weekly training focused on technical and tactical development in a supportive, confidence-building environment. Individualized coaching ensures every player grows at their own pace.
- Skills Institute + Game Experience (6 – 12 years): Want to add real match time? Combine weekday Skills Institute sessions with weekend gameplay through our House Soccer League for the full experience.
No matter where your child is starting from, we have a program built for them.
Sofive uses proprietary video replay technology at multiple centers to record games and activities, allowing parents to access footage on-demand through the Sofive webapp. This feature lets families relive memorable moments and share clips with relatives who could not attend in person.
Summary: Our facilities include dedicated viewing lounges, on-site cafes, climate-controlled environments, and free parking at many locations. Parents can watch classes comfortably without standing on the sidelines.
We've designed our centers with the whole family in mind - not just the little ones on the field. Our dedicated viewing lounges give parents a comfortable spot to watch every moment of class without hovering at the sideline. All our facilities are climate-controlled, so everyone stays comfortable no matter what the weather's doing outside. Our on-site cafes mean you can grab a coffee or a snack without leaving the building during that 50-minute session. Many of our locations also offer free on-site parking, which makes arriving with car seats and toddler gear a whole lot easier. At our Brooklyn center, for example, you'll find 10 indoor 5-a-side fields, air conditioning, a cafe, and free parking throughout operating hours. We also offer proprietary video replay technology at select centers, giving parents on-demand access to footage of their child's class through our webapp - perfect for sharing those special moments with family who couldn't be there. Great seating, great coffee, great parking: we take care of the details so you can just enjoy watching your kid have fun.

Summary: Our Lil' Kickers classes are built specifically around child development theories for ages 18 months through 5 years. The 50-minute sessions use play-based learning with parent participation for the youngest children.
Our Lil' Kickers curriculum is rooted in child development theory, created in consultation with early childhood professionals. Each 50-minute class is structured yet playful, giving little ones the right amount of movement for their age and stage. We divide classes by age group, so an 18-month-old and a 4-year-old each get an experience that's calibrated just for them. No prior soccer experience needed - there's zero pressure, for kids and parents alike. For our youngest participants, we encourage parents to join on the field, so toddlers can explore new movements while feeling safe and supported. We believe the best early childhood programs build comfort and confidence first, and athletic skills follow naturally. The World Health Organization recommends at least 180 minutes of varied physical activity daily for children under 5 - Lil' Kickers is a fun, active way to work toward that goal. And before you commit to a full season, you're welcome to try a free trial class and find the date, time, and age-appropriate session that works for your family.
