Our trained health desk staff will run you through our health protocols including temperature check (must be lower than 100.4 F), health check (online questionnaire), hand sanitization, sanitizing fogger (installed at the entrance lobby), and will provide to the group organizer individually wrapped sanitizing wipes to clean the field high-touch points (field doors).
All players and guests will be required to check in at the front desk and complete a mandatory health declaration form before entering the fields or lounge. Complete online here.
Please keep the following in mind: 1. Do not come if you feel unwell. 2. Wash hands before and after playing. 3. Let us know if you or anyone in your household has Covid-19 symptoms.
Face masks are required to enter the building and must be worn properly (as per CDC guidelines) at all times except when playing on the field. Adjacent fields are separated by a newly installed plastic screen protection. In Rockville and Columbia, face masks are also recommended.
To help with social distancing we will be operating at limited capacity: 1 person per 350+ sq. ft. of space on-and-off the fields (and 25-35 ft ceiling height), i.e. better than most local authority guidelines on indoor capacity and gathering limitations. In Rockville and Columbia, there is no occupancy limits.

Increased fresh air intake with open windows and large bay doors, and enhanced ventilation with superior-grade filters.
Plexiglass partitions are installed at all front desks and cafes. Staff will be required to wash their hands before their shift, after completing cleaning tasks and frequently throughout shift. Adjacent fields are now separated/isolated with plastic protection screen to avoid contact from one group to another (team pod concept).
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided to our staff and is required to be worn at all times.
Spectators/parents/attendants are welcome to use our newly installed outdoor heated terrace while our indoor dining is temporarily on pause; after their games, groups are able to enjoy food & drinks outdoors while keeping 6-feet apart from other groups.
Hand sanitizer stations are installed throughout the facility, including at the entrance, lounge area, bathrooms, and field area, and filled with an alcohol-based solution following CDC recommendations.
Our cleaning schedules and procedures have been greatly enhanced to maintain a high level of hygiene across all of our facilities. Our trained staff sanitize the fields daily (doors, goals, turf, walls, and nets) with industry leader cleaning vendors.
